Forum spam problems - Manual Authentication

Unfortunately our lovely spamming friends have found a way around the user sign up CAPTCHA and signed up to the forum en masse. All their accounts have been deleted, but for the foreseeable we're back to manual account activation.
New members will have to wait until Rob or I can authenticate the account. Really sorry about it, but it's the only way to protect members from spam.

Hello again. I have to disable the board for a while. We're getting hundreds of spam activation requests & it's just a bit overwhelming. I'll get the forum back up and running asap.
May have to move it to a new location so if anyone has it bookmarked that'll stop working, but links from the home page will be updated to the new location.
